The Cascina San Pietro‘s farmhouse wine cellar is located into the old building date back to the seventeen century in the village of “Cazzago San Martino”.

The cellar is composed by three main rooms obtained without modify the original architectural structure; more in detail, in the old cowshed are installed the equipment to makes wine end to store wine into stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned; while the wines “Franciacorta reserve” and “Red Curtefranca” are stored in the historical wine cellar into stainless steel tanks, barriques and wine bottles “Franciacorta” on the yeast.

The wine making is done using very modern equipment like a pneumatic press that allow to get the result without grapes stress as well as pallet commutator suitable to get an homogeneous bottles riddling.
